At KROWN KLOTH, we stand by our craft. Since the four of us, Umr Khan, Umr Kiyani, Talha Khan, and Mazher Khalil started this journey, we have prioritized quality over everything. We want you to feel that same confidence when you wear the Krown.

If your order doesn't meet the standard, we are here to settle it quickly.

1. The 14-Day Window

Because our drops are limited and our quality is premium, we offer a 14-day evaluation period.

  • The Clock Starts: You have 14 days from the moment the courier delivers your package to request a return or exchange.

  • The Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition unworn, unwashed, and with all Krown Kloth luxury tags and packaging intact.

At Krown Kloth, every piece is crafted with precision and care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

We Accept Returns For:
Manufacturing defects or damaged items only. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos at contact@krownkloth.com

Size Policy:
All size measurements are clearly listed on every product page. Please check your measurements carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

We Do Not Accept:
- Change of mind returns
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at zero cost. Simply email us with your order number and photos within 14 days.

2. Rapid Exchanges

Getting the right fit is part of the luxury experience.

  • If you need a different size, notify us within the 14-day window.

  • We will reserve your new size immediately while you send the original back, ensuring you don't miss out on the stock.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Original Payment: Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Circle Credit (Bonus): If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, we will add an extra 10% value to your credit as a thank you for your continued loyalty to the brotherhood.

4. Faulty Items

If a garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, our 14-day rule is extended.

  • Please contact contact@krownkloth.com immediately with photos.

  • We will provide a Premium Express replacement at zero cost to you. We take our craftsmanship personally.

How to Initiate a Return

To keep things personal, we handle every request directly:

  1. Email: Send your Order Number to contact@krownkloth.com.

  2. Review: One of our team members will respond within 24 hours with your return authorization.

  3. Ship: Send the item back using our instructions to ensure it reaches us safely.
